2018 Greater Decatur Appalachia Service Project Youth Mission

Click the button below if you're interested in going on our 2018 ASP mission trip. Filling out the form doesn't register you for the trip but allows you to get more information about it.

For the 31st year, the Greater Decatur Churches are sending their youth and adults to the mountains of Appalachia to support the Appalachia Service Project with home repair for those who are in need. ASP is a religious experience that connects the volunteers with families in need, builds relationships within and beyond our own church community and transforms those who participate in ways they never expect.

This year, our youth (age 14 and above) joined by adult group leaders will travel to Eastern Kentucky June 23–30. The trip will include an overnight in Knoxville on Saturday, June 23, then the rest of the week in Kentucky.
The cost of joining this Mission is $250.

If you think you want to go or know you are going, here are the steps you need to complete:

  1. Complete the Decatur First ASP Interest Form.
