Here at Decatur First we offer services and programs to support the whole person and family. We also have a tremendous outreach of care and comfort for members and those in need in times of personal crisis. We also have groups and activities to uplift and engage the mind and spirit. Divorce Care for Adults

Location: Gathering Room When: February 18–May 27 | 5:00-6:30PM

DivorceCare is for adults going through a divorce or separation. Seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You will learn how to heal from the deep hurt of divorce and discover hope for your future. COST: $15/workbook. If you need financial assistance, call the church: 404-378-4541. Senior Connections / Meals on Wheels

Location: Decatur First, kitchen (volunteers)        When: Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm

Meals on Wheels Decatur helps deliver meals to older adults in the Decatur area. Meals are delivered out of the Decatur First UMC kitchen Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm. Interested in serving? You can find the volunteer application here.


Elderly Care Support

Location: Decatur First, Library        When: Fourth Sunday of the month, 9:30am - 10:30am

Assists caregivers of the elderly or chronically ill with reliable information, referrals & support.
