Mission Opportunity - We need nine able-bodied, adventurous, mission-minded persons aged 18 and older to go to Haiti on a construction project with the Methodist Church of Haiti. People of all skill levels are needed and welcome. One health care practitioner would be helpful. The estimated cost is $1300 per person. Registration deadline is August 15 with a $150.00 deposit payable to DFUMC required. A team meeting will be held on Sunday, August 15 in the Library from 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Information and application packets can be found on the bulletin board in the church office hallway behind the sanctuary or dowloaded from the link below.
